Self-archived chapters in the Neil Jacobs anthology on OA

Most of the chapters in Neil Jacobs' anthology, Open Access: Key strategic, technical and economic aspects (Chandos Publishing 2006) have been self-archived by their authors and Steve Hitcock has done real service in collecting the URLs in one place.
