JISC's RepoMMan project (Repository Metadata and Management project) has released two new documents: (1) a new draft of its experience and advice to help newcomers use Fedodra, and (2) a management report covering the first six months of the project, June 2005 - January 2006.

I recommend the OA tracking project (OATP) as the best way to stay on top of new OA developments. You can read the OATP feed on a blog-like web page or subscribe to it by RSS, email, or Twitter. You can also help build the feed by tagging new developments you encounter.
