TextRelease has posted a short memorandum on its conference, Open Access to Grey Resources (Nancy, December 5-6, 2005). Of interest: the conference proceedings should be published this month (€70 but why not OA?) and the Spring 2006 issue of The Grey Journal will be devoted to Grey Matters for OAI.

I recommend the OA tracking project (OATP) as the best way to stay on top of new OA developments. You can read the OATP feed on a blog-like web page or subscribe to it by RSS, email, or Twitter. You can also help build the feed by tagging new developments you encounter.
