New OA repository for consortium of 500 South Asian non-profits

OneWorld South Asia has launched an open-access, OAI-compliant repository. (Thanks to Narendra Deo.) From the site:
This initiative archives research work, working papers, articles and presentations on aspects of information and communication technologies for development. We encourage all authors to publish their respective work with due credit of authorship for the common benefit....OneWorld South Asia (OWSA), a New Delhi based non-profit organisation having a network of 500 organisations is dedicated to voicing the voiceless and exploring the role of ICTs in achieving the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). Besides, OWSA undertakes several initiatives to build and strengthen Communities of Practice (CoPs) around the MDGs to facilitate knowledge and information sharing in the region.
