Microsoft uses a CC license for new sharing protocol

Microsoft is using a Creative Commons license for a new spec it has created for sharing calendar data, contact lists, bookmarks, OPML files, and similar data sources in which users sometimes do and sometimes don't want to propagate their changes to willing others.
