Indian knowledge institutions should focus on access

Sam Pitroda, head of India's Knowledge Commission, says that India's growth depends on restructuring the country's "knowledge institutions." According to a story in yesterday's The Hindu, Pitroda wants to see India's knowledge institutions "focus on five key elements; the concept of knowledge, creation of knowledge, access to knowledge, application of knowledge and governance of knowledge."
