The PLEIADI Project is a new portal of OA research literature on deposit in Italian institutional repositories. "PLEIADI" is an acronym for Portale per la Letteratura scientifica Elettronica Italiana su Archivi aperti e Depositi Istituzionali (Portal for the Italian Electronic Literature in Open and Institutional Archives). The project is sponsored by two Italian university consortia, CASPUR and CILIA, working under the framework of AePIC, their electronic publishing initiative. I recommend the OA tracking project (OATP) as the best way to stay on top of new OA developments. You can read the OATP feed on a blog-like web page or subscribe to it by RSS, email, or Twitter. You can also help build the feed by tagging new developments you encounter.
