Dutch and British signatures to the Berlin Declaration

As a result of the recent CNI/JISC/SURF conference, Making the strategic case for institutional repositories (Amsterdam, May 10-11, 2005), six major research organizations have signed the Berlin Declaration on Open Access: JISC, the Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research (NWO), and the Universities of Amsterdam, Leiden, Utrecht, and Wageningen. Update. The Delft University of Technology has now signed as well.
