Excerpt: 'US academic database publisher HW Wilson is embracing open access publishing by adding 38 OA journals to its Education Full Text database. The company is adding 49 new journals in total to Education Full Text, and simultaneously boosting its Readers' Guide Full Text database with the addition of 25 magazines.'
