See especially the two panels, Free Science I: Publishing (Stefan Gradmann, Jean Claude Guédon, Stevan Harnad, and Shu-Kun Lin) and Free Science II: Funding and Activism (Stefan Gradmann, Tim Hubbard, James Love, and Benny Haerlin).
Ethan Zukerman has blogged a longer version of Jean Claude Guédon's presentation. I expect that longer versions of the other presentations will soon be online, either at the conference site or elsewhere.

I recommend the OA tracking project (OATP) as the best way to stay on top of new OA developments. You can read the OATP feed on a blog-like web page or subscribe to it by RSS, email, or Twitter. You can also help build the feed by tagging new developments you encounter.
