I upgraded PHP on HEIWA to include PostgreSQL, LDAP, XML, and XSLT (Sablotron) support.

The new package is mod_php4-4.0.6_4,1, with a minor tweak to the +CONTENTS file to make it happy with apache+mod_ssl-1.3.26+2.8.9. All seems to work happily now, and hopefully this will do what the web team needs it to do.
