...How are academic libraries responding [to the policy]? The survey will provide information on what methods libraries are using to engage their campuses on a variety of scholarly communications issues, including the NIH Public Access Policy, and how successful they feel these efforts have been. Survey responses will inform a presentation to take place at the Annual Conference of the North American Serials Interest Group in June 2009.
The survey contains 25 questions and should take approximately 20 minutes to complete....

I recommend the OA tracking project (OATP) as the best way to stay on top of new OA developments. You can read the OATP feed on a blog-like web page or subscribe to it by RSS, email, or Twitter. You can also help build the feed by tagging new developments you encounter.
