Harvard repository and FAQs

The Harvard University Library has apparently launched the institutional repository to support its OA mandate.  I say "apparently" only because the link isn't working at the moment.

The repository is called DASH, and at least Harvard has launched the DASH Rights and License FAQ and DASH Procedural FAQ.  We may not learn what "DASH" stands for until the repository site is back up.

Update (11/3/08).  Also see Dorothea Salo's comments on what the FAQs reveal about the Harvard policy and its implementation.
