Beta testers needed for Canadian public domain registry

The Canadian Public Domain Registry is looking for librarian beta testers. The registry will collect information about the copyright status of Canadian literary works. See the announcement, dated October 20, 2008. (Thanks to Michael Geist.)

The registry is a project of Access Copyright and Creative Commons Canada, in partnership with Creative Commons and the Wikimedia Foundation. See also the March 2006 project announcement.
