New OA journal on internet science

The International Journal of Internet Science is a new peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by the Saarland University and State Library. (Thanks to Working Notes.) The inaugural issue is now online. From the site:
The International Journal of Internet Science is an interdisciplinary, peer reviewed journal for the publication of research articles about empirical findings, methodology, and theory in the field of Internet Science.
