PubMed Central adds 7 new BMC titles

Catching up from a spate of end of year independent journal launches at BioMed Central, PubMed Central added seven new titles last week. BMC deposits copies of all of the Open Access journals which they host in independent repositories to ensure the long term availability of the content. A new wrinkle, at least to my knowledge, is that BioMed Central is a participant in the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) initiative. Frontiers in Zoology - Fulltext v1+ (2004+) from BioMed Central | from PubMed Central; ISSN: 1742-9994.
