J.D. Lasica, Darknet: An experiment in group editing. Lasica has posted chapters from a draft of his forthcoming Darknet: Remixing the Future of Movies, Music and Television, to be published by John Wiley & Sons (no word on open access or free download yet.) With it he has set up a wiki, encouraging readers to "participate in this effort by contributing feedback, edits, criticism, corrections, and additional anecdotes." Removing the barriers to serious research.
I recommend the OA tracking project (OATP) as the best way to stay on top of new OA developments. You can read the OATP feed on a blog-like web page or subscribe to it by RSS, email, or Twitter. You can also help build the feed by tagging new developments you encounter.
