Ingredients:
1 lb. ricotta cheese
1 lb. cream cheese, softened
1 pint sour cream
4 eggs
1/2 lb butter, melted
2 tsp vanilla
3 T lemon juice (approx. the juice of one lemon)
1 and 1/2 cups sugar
3 T corn starch
3 T flour
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
