Ingredients:
1 box of pasta (penne or some fun shaped noodle works best)
1 green and yellow bell pepper
2 red bell peppers
1 Onion
1 package of mushrooms
3-4 Hot Italian Sausage Links
1-2 jars of Pasta sauce
1 package of mozzarella cheese
Basil and Garlic (to taste)
Instructions:
1. Bake sausage links in a foil covered small baking pan with ¼ to ½ an inch of water in the bottom of the pan. Bake at 425 for 45 minutes.
2. Cook pasta till it is al dente (almost done).

Cut vegetables into bite size pieces and sauté in olive oil.

Mix vegetables with the pasta in a large baking dish (foil half pans work best). Pour sauce over and mix together. Add more sauce than you normally would for pasta because it will dry out during baking.
5.
Sprinkle garlic and basil over the top.
6.
Cover with foil and bake for forty minutes at 350.
7.
Remove foil and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes or until cheese has completely melted.
NOTE: Leave out sausage for a vegetarian recipe.
