The percentage of students who feel that if two people really like each other it's all right for them to have sex even if they've known each other for only a very short time increased during the late 1980's and early 1990's, but has decreased in recent years.  Those who felt marijuana should be legalized decreased in the 1980's, but increased again in the 1990's.  Students who feel that it is important to have laws prohibiting homosexual relationships have decreased.
