Late goal hurts Quakers in 1-0 match

RICHMOND, Ind. — The Earlham College men’s soccer team was victimized by a goal with 1:19 remaining in Wednesday’s match against Anderson University on Matlack Field.

The Quakers lost 1-0 for the third time this season. Junior goalie Jon O'Neil (West Lafayette, IN/West Lafayette) had five saves in goal for the Quakers, who out shot the Ravens 13-11.

Earlham (0-5) is back at home Saturday as the Quakers entertain Hanover College. The non-conference match begins at 2 p.m. Box score
