Mission Statement:
Earlham Animal Advocates United (EAAU) exists to unite students in effective advocacy for animals. We seek to improve the welfare and moral status of animals in our society and to engage the Earlham community in discussion and collective examination of animal rights issues. We work to expose the institutional abuses of animals in today’s world while empowering students to take action for a more humane, compassionate world. Our activities include vegan potlucks, demonstrations, protests, campaign work, community outreach, film screenings, speakers, and volunteer trips to the local animal shelter.
