Event Support

ITAM provides support for on-campus events ranging from small sounds systems for speakers to larger systems for small performance groups and dances. We also provide technical support for events in campus performance and meeting spaces. Contact the ITAM Services Coordinator during the planning stage to help us provide you with the technial support you need.

Event Video Taping

Having an Event Audio/Video Recorded

ITAM offers both audio and video recording services. We can provide basic recording equipment if you prefer to do it yourself.

How Do I Get An Event Recorded?

You need to contact our Services Coordinator, with the event, date, and time.

We ask that you please make these arrangements in advance so we can schedule an operator. Please note that depending on the event, there may be a labor and materials charge.
