Personal Computer Support Policy
ITS does not currently have the staffing resources to provide full support of faculty or staff personally owned computers. We do acknowledge however, that there are very few places that personally owned computers can be taken for reliable, cost effective, service in the Richmond area.
In light of this, ITS support personnel are free to work on personally owned equipment on their own time for compensation. This work should only be done outside of normal office hours, and should take place off of Earlham’s premises. ITS is not responsible for the quality of work being provided or for any problems that may occur.
ITS reserves the right to provide service for faculty and staff owned computers for pay in the future.
